In this half day program, we will clarify what compassion fatigue is and who is susceptible. You'll take a self-assessment and discuss your Professional Quality of Life scale. Next, we'll identify signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue and finally move on to exploring new ways of thinking and behaving that will help you cope with and prevent compassion fatigue.
